Jurong FSIR Advanced Material Co., Ltd. produces and researches organic fluorine and silicone polymers , which is established in SEP. 2010 and occupies 20 mu of lands with 2000 ㎡ building areas.

Our company introduces and absorbs scientific achievements “Reactive Extrusion Technology” of the Chinese “863” and the National Natural Science Foundation of China financial aiding project to manufacture high quality fluorosilicone rubbers, which fills the domestic vacancy. So far, we mainly produce and sell fluorosilicone gum and compounds. Fluorosilicone rubbers made by Reactive Extrusion Technology possess high and stable quality , which can replace the imported products. Our company also provide the serves to the customers to solve the difficulties met in the production and develop new product to fit the customers’ request.

The technical expert of reactive extrusion, Professor Anna Zheng enjoying the special allowance of the Chinese State Council is invited as technical director. Meanwhile, the Reactive Extrusion Lab of the East China University of Science and Technology is also entrusted to aid the product developments. The enterprise has thirty staffs, four of whom are doctors, seven are masters. We have built up one pilot plant of reactive extrusion and own research center. Our company is financial supported“331” project of Zhenjiang City and was awarded as private-own technical enterprise of Jiangsu Province.

In our pilot production line of reactive extrusion and research center, we have input 10 million on the research and manufacture equipments including the pilot production line of reactive extrusion, Haake mixer, Coulometric Moisture Meter, Materials Testing Machine, Open Mills, Hot Press Vulcanizer, Aging Oven etc. Other advanced test such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), Multimeasurement Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC), Time-of-flight Mass Spectrometer (TOF-MS), Thermal Gravimetric- Differential Thermal Analysis(TG-DTA), Thermal Gravimetric-Mass Spectrometer (TG-MS)，Gas-Liquid Chromatography(GLC) are done by the Reactive Extrusion Lab of the East China University of Science and Technology to ensure the products qualities . The production capacities of our company are 500 tons/year .
